Today was my first day of teaching in a 6th grade class, and my teacher gave me one of the best compliments in the entire world. After teaching the reading lesson I excused the students to recess and my teacher asked me if I felt comfortable. I told her that I did, but I was nervous that I didn't look comfortable. I asked her if she thought I looked comfortable being in the front of the class and she said, "You look like you found where you belong." Nicest thing ever. She also gave me a label maker (YESS!). I think she's my new best friend.

It's true, you do belong in 6th grade, Natalie. From day one you fit right in and the kids relate to you, They love you and I love you. Please stay.
